COPPERLINE MASK REPORT

TESTS

The below summaries and actual results are all based on testing the Copperline Mask with the Anti-Dust HEPA filter attached (unless specified).

Note that the active copper is contained within the Copperline Mask as a knitted thread and NOT in the Anti-Dust HEPA filter.

The Copper Mask contains 3 protective layers - when adding the Anti-Dust HEPA filter it adds another 3 - all up these are results with tests inclusive of 6 layers.

The Copper Mask solely worn is effectively rated at KF80 - filteration 80% of ~0.3μm particles. Helpful against aerosol & droplet particle transmission in day to day settings, all day - everyday even without the Anti-Dust HEPA filter. The filtration has been tested according to European Standards - with Paraffin Oil, rather than US Standards (with salt) which simulate better liquid protection.
According to Nelson Labs USA, the most relevant testing criteria for general use masks are:

Bacterial & Viral Filtration Efficiency (BFE/VFE)
Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE)
Respirator Precertification Tests – NIOSH
Surgical Face Masks and General-Use Masks – ASTM F2100 & EN 14683
